Reports: 22-year-old among seven who can leave Man Utd – player open to Milan move

By Oliver Fisher -

Diogo Dalot’s story with AC Milan might not yet be over as reports have claimed the defender can leave Manchester United, a report claims.

A report on PianetaMilan writes that Dalot could be a target for the Rossoneri when the window reopens in January. The Portugal international does not seem to be in the plans of Manchester United, and the report cites The Sun in claiming that Dalot, Donny van de Beek, Jesse Lingard, Phil Jones, Eric Bailly, Anthony Martial and Alex Telles are all deemed sellable.

It is possible that the Milan management could give thought to bringing Dalot back as he demonstrated last season that he can be a very dependable alternative to Davide Calabria.

Alessandro Florenzi arrived on loan from Roma in the summer but so far he has been used as a right winger and not as a full-back, while the report concludes by claiming Dalot is ready to return to Milan for his part.

  1. Would be great for him to return. Versatile player with high potential who actually wants to play for Milan. 15m should be sent to Manchester United.

  2. We have Kalulu already.
    Left back we have Ballo-Toure.
Waiting to see Messias Jr. in action.
Romagnoli might be going, then Milan need his subs, and 1 more from Primavera if any.
Midfielder we have Tonali, Bennacer, Krunic, Pobega, Adli, & Bakayoko. Kessie will not stay.

  3. Maldini nd masara made a great mistake by refusing to bring him back, looking for cheap option infact he is far better than florenzi.

  4. Rather spend the money elsewhere and give Kalulu a chance. Spend the money on a starting RW and backup CAM like Faivre. Kalulu can cover for Calabria and has the potential to be our future starter at RB…I liked Dalot, versatile player but we have needs elsewhere.

  5. I think much importance should be paid to strengthening the AMF, RW and ST positions. Ibra is finding it difficult to remain fit these days as it’s obvious he’s playing days are coming to an end. Giroud on the other hand has just a few years under his belt.

Signing Vlahovic or Belloti in January would be great. Vlahovic and Pellegri would be an awesome starting front
