Manchester United is looking for a new left-back and they have AC Milan’s Theo Hernández on their list of targets, a report claims.
According to Fichajes, United are building a team that they want to be able to compete for the Premier League title and they are looking for a new starting left-back to upgrade on Luke Shaw.
Theo Hernandez is top of the pile in terms of preferences and the English club would be willing to offer €60m to secure the France international, testing Milan’s resolve after the club-record sale of Sandro Tonali.
However, it will be a tough coup to pull off. Theo feels attached to Milan as seen by the fact he renewed his contract with the Rossoneri until June 2027 last year.
Not only that, but if United get wind that there could be the possibility to sign the former Real Madrid man they will likely have to deal with competition from Paris Saint-Germain too.
Just false report!
Man Utd only have £60m remaining budget and their priority is to sign GK and ST. LB is not an area they want to strengthen this summer.
I’ve no idea why they went nad droped 64M for Mount when they already have Bruno and Eriksen for that position…
he’s not even a good AM
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 They don’t know anything. Apply for a job so they stop signing bad players. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
They want to get rid of Fred/VDB/McTominay so they sign Mount.
Their left back is well stacked, they even have a promising one at their youth team. So I am not concerned with Theo rumour, things would be different if it’s Maignan.
So help me, if Cardinale and his smooth brains sell one more Vital Starter… the squad doesn’t even have a functioning midfield yet. The very last thing that imbecile better do is sell another Key leader from the squad
Cardinale and his monkeys doesn’t have brain the moment he fired Maldini & Masara and sold Tonali. So you should expect them to sell more key players and exchanged with mediocre players like Loftus Cheek or Pulisic.
80m to start talking.
No 120M
Don’t do it Theo – Tonali already helped us out by accepting a big bucks move.
If PSG or Real or EPL splash the cash, you know Milan will look at it. Will Theo say no? Tonali didn’t.
The only thing favorable here is that Theo is top three in his position in the world so I don’t know what kind of offer would have to come in for Milan to consider letting go of him.
Yep we’re obligated to look but personally I think we should pull a Barella and take all remaining stars off the table- at least for this season. People have lost their sh*t enough already.
Like I’ve said yesterday. If Milan is looking at 25M players for “backup” LB, it means Theo is probably leaving.
If you’re referring to Cambiaso of jUve as a 25M player, that’s just rubbish.
No one in their good state of mind would buy Cambiaso for 25M, a player that Juventus bought a year ago for 8.5M and has been playing on loan at Bologna. That said, the fact that we need a better replacement than Ballo-Toure for that position seems obvious.
Theo might leave but so far the only full-back rumours I’ve read about have been right fullbacks (Pavard, Singo), which might either mean that Kalulu has asked to not be used as fullback, and we don’t have a lot of confidence in the physical condition of Florenzi … or maybe they’re waiting for a good offer for Kalulu, and maybe are looking to offload Florenzi to an arabian club or something…
So what? They obviously put up a price that will deter buyers as they want to keep him. But he is really good, he will be worth over 20M after the plays one season in a top club. Your idea is that the price stays the same because the player was on loan? What?
Take a number, get in line and make a ”mental” offer next summer.
If a much smaller EPL club paid $80m for Tonali, then Theo should command $120m as he’s actually the best LB in the world.
Is it a irresistible offer for club owners?
Anything below Maguire’s fee would be a travesty to be even considered as a rumour.
Double it, then maybe we can start talking.
100M + Casemiro, then we can talk !!
This is just all so ridiculous. He is arguably the best left back on the planet and Man U or any Premier League club would need to offer double that to be able to get him. a complete waste of an article.
Hands off!
Theo is more expensive than any MU player Milan will talk if there comes really crazy offer starting 120M euros.
Stop with the click-bait. Not going to happen, and it would take a lot more than that to get him. We got over 70 for Tonali and Theo is miles better than Tonali.
If PSG valuates Mbappe for 10 mil, our management offers 5 mil waits for some other team to offer 6 mil lol. This management is a joke seriously. They want to play hide and seek with Torino.
Tijjani fairy tale will last for another month.
They couldn’t sign Chukwuaze, meanwhile they said they abandoned Kamada deal because of Non EU spot for Chukwuaze hahaha.
They fired Maldini because he wanted to strengthen the team and after that Thuram and Inter humiliated them and to avoid from embarrassment, they quickly signed RLC who had agreement with Maldini.
The biggest core mistake was selling the club to Cardinale.
After 5 seasons, we will become another Ajax and none of top world class player wants to play for us even if pay them good. On that moment, Cardinale will be rich and buys F1 team and sells the club to whoever pays 1 cent more.
It is just sad to see us like this…
Rich from what? We made an operating profit of 10m euro last season. First since 2015. It’s going to take decades at that rate. And how is he going to get rich buying average players and finishing mid-table?
Just 60m? Laugh now or later? I am drunk writting the comment but I mean it.
Not surprise if Theo say no but then the dumbass Cardinale and his monkey Furlani said yes to the offer.
Relax, Man United don’t have the money and even if a club made an insane offer, we’d spend the money on garbage like Pulisick.
