Following the arrival of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Boban and Maldini are working to improve the attack even more. Although the main focus should go towards signing a winger, they have also eyed another striker on the market.

In recent days, there have been rumours about a potential departure for Kris Piatek, who has attracted the interest if various Premier League clubs. However, if he leaves, the Rossoneri would have to find a replacement before the window closes.

According to SportMediaset (via Milanlive.it), Andrea Petagna has once again appeared on Milan’s radar. The striker, now at SPAL, started his career with the Rossoneri as he came through the youth ranks of the club.

Should one of their strikers leave, Milan are willing to offer a €3m paid loan with a €13m option to buy, as the report continues. Furthermore, Petagna would gladly return to his former side, getting a second chance at the San Siro.
