Mediaset: Barca, Juve and Spurs interested as Milan could sell captain for €15m

Alessio Romagnoli’s contract will expire in 2022 and Milan thus need to make a decision on his future this summer, with two options on the table: renewal or departure. The latter remains a likely outcome of the situation.

The centre-back lost his spot in the starting XI to Fikayo Tomori in the second half of the 2020/21 season. Since Milan will redeem the Englishman from Chelsea, this has sparked doubts in Romagnoli’s mind, per SportMediaset (via MilanNews).

His agent, Mino Raiola, is looking around to see what solutions there are for his client and there are several teams interested. In order to part ways with their captain, Milan want at least €15m and would like to get close to €20m.

The likes of Barcelona, Juventus and Tottenham are monitoring the situation of the 26-year-old, per the report. It remains to be seen what the outcome of the renewal talks will be, as it will decide everything for the defender.
