Mediaset: Fiorentina definitively rule out sale of Milenkovic – Ramadani offers an alternative

Fiorentina have told AC Milan that they have no intention of selling defender Nikola Milenkovic during the current window, a report claims.

Milan started their league season in the best way possible with a win against Bologna on Monday night. Ibrahimovic rolled back the years scoring a brace with a goal either side of half-time in a comfortable 2-0 victory.

Nonetheless, attention now turns back to the transfer market and the reinforcements the Rossoneri might be able to welcome before the window shuts, with Paolo Maldini confirming a centre-back is a priority.

According to what SportMediaset are reporting (via MilanNews), Fiorentina have told Milan that they will not be selling Milenkovic this summer under any circumstances as things stand.

As a result, Milan have shifted their attention to Matija Nastasic of Schalke 04. The idea came from Fali Ramadani, the agent of the two Serbian defenders, and the management are keen on bringing Nastasic back to Italy on loan with option to buy.
