In recent weeks, Milan have been linked with Kaio Jorge quite a lot, looking to bring in a young profile for the attack. However, it seems the Rossoneri could now miss out on the Santos star.
According to SportMediaset, as cited by MilanNews, Juventus have leapfrogged Milan in the race for Kaio Jorge. The latter’s contract will expire in December and is thus available for a low price this summer.
In a recent interview, the president of Santos revealed that an offer has arrived for the striker but that it was too low. He didn’t name the club but based on the report above, it might have arrived from Juventus and not Milan.
Either way, we will simply have to wait for more news on the matter, expected in the coming days. Should Kaio Jorge end up at Juventus, Milan might decide to focus on another young profile for the attack.
