Mediaset: Milan confident of sealing €45m double deal to address two problem areas

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are confident that they will get two signings across the line in the not too distant future, according to a report.

The Milan squad reconvene to begin preseason preparations on Monday at Milanello, but there has been little movement with regards to renewals or incoming signings.

SportMediaset (via MilanLive) are reporting on Sunday though that the Rossoneri have made Serge Aurier their priority for the right-back permission.

They add that Milan are very close to an agreement with Tottenham, who however continue to ask for €20million to let the Ivorian leave. The Milan management – thanks to the green light given by the player – do not want to spend more than €15million.

On the Tiemoué Bakayoko front, Milan are also confident. The French midfielder has made it clear he only wants to join Milan and reached an agreement with the club some time ago.

Chelsea are continuing with a tug-of-war, but they have opened up to the idea of a loan with option to buy at €30m+.
