Mediaset: Milan eye double swoop from Torino as outcast could be included

By Isak Möller -

As we are getting closer to the January transfer window, which will open in two days, Milan are looking for opportunities on the market. With a few players on the departing list, there could even be some swap deals.

According to SportMediaset (via MilanNews), confirming Tuttosport’s report from this morning, an axis could emerge between Milan and Torino. Three names have been mentioned: Nicolas Nkoulou, Soualiho Meite and Rade Krunic.

The latter hasn’t had the best of seasons with the Rossoneri thus far, often the subject of criticism from the fans. Although Stefano Pioli likes the Bosnian, often giving him playing time, he could leave this month if a replacement is found.

Therefore, a swap deal could take place involving Krunic and Meite, though this is just a hypothesis for now. As for Nkoulou, Milan want to reinforce their defence with a new centre-back and the Cameroonian could be an option.
