Further confirmations have arrived stating that Milan want Jeremie Boga. The Sassuolo winger is now to be considered a concrete target for the next transfer window.
According to the latest from SportMediaset (via MilanLive), Milan are ready to challenge Napoli for Boga, who can leave this summer for a fee of around €20million.
The Ivorian arrived at the Neroverdi from Premier League side Chelsea who have an option to buy him back for just €16m, however the outlet claims that the London club have no intention of exercising that option.
That puts Sassuolo in full control in view of summer and – especially considering the COVID-19 emergency – the chance to make a quick capital gain appears to be too tempting.
The negotiations between the parties has started, with the entourage of Boga in discussions with the Rossoneri about the idea of a move. It cannot be excluded that the deal could be concluded in the coming weeks, especially given that Ralf Rangnick has approved the signing already.
