AC Milan have two targets in mind for if Hakan Calhanoglu opts not to renew his contract with the club, according to a report.
Given that Calhanoglu’s deal expires at the end of the month and there is nothing to suggest that an agreement is close over a renewal, there is speculation that there could be some movement in the attacking department as replacements for the Turkey international are sought.
SportMediaset (via MilanNews) writes how Hakim Ziyech’s profile is also among the players that Milan have had their eye on in recent weeks. The Chelsea forward – who looks set to leave when the window reopens – is followed with interest by the Rossoneri in the event that Calhanoglu were to leave.
However, the Morocco international would be evaluated as an alternative to the profile of Rodrigo De Paul and therefore he seems to be more of a back-up plan at the moment.
