Zlatan Ibrahimovic is ready to accept AC Milan’s offer and will soon sign a new one-year deal, according to a report.

According to SportMediaset (via MilanLive), Ibrahimovic wants to stay at Milan and his new deal will be made official shortly. The TV station adds that the Swede appreciated Milan’s economic efforts top keep him and as a result is willing to accept the €5million net plus €1m bonuses offered by Milan, to sign a deal until 2021.

Ibrahimovic thought for a moment that he should be the highest paid player on the team given the leadership he has shown and the impact he has had, but he is convinced that on Gianluigi Donnarumma’s side there is always the age advantage.

Furthermore, it must always be considered that no other club would guarantee a higher salary than the one offered. Ibrahimovic wants to stay at Milan and the economic aspect will become secondary.
