Paris Saint-Germain are ready to test AC Milan with a big money bid for midfielder Lucas Paqueta, according to a report.
It was reported back in June that Leonardo was considering raiding his old club for Paqueta, the player he brought to the San Siro from Flamengo.
Leonardo left his role as the Rossoneri’s sporting director in May and subsequently returned to Paris where he worked before in the same role.
It was then claimed by the reliable Gianluca Di Marzio on Monday that the PSG chief is interested in the idea of signing Paqueta.
Now, a report from SportMediaset – as cited by MilanNews.it – has gone one further by claiming that a €40million bid is being readied by the Ligue 1 giants for the January window.
Paqueta has made 22 appearances in all competitions for the Diavolo since his €35m arrival from Flamengo earlier in the year, and transfermarkt has his current valuation as the same figure.
