Mediaset: Rangnick ready to start his Milan adventure – the wait is almost over

By Isak Möller -

The wait is almost over. After many months of rumours, Ralf Rangnick is ready to finalize his move to AC Milan, set to lead the youth revolution and bring the club back to the top.

According to SportMediaset (via Milanlive.it), there is still no concrete date but it’s certain that the German will replace Stefano Pioli at the end of the season. In fact, very little is left for his Italian adventure to begin.

Of course, Rangnick will wait until the Bundesliga season is over and perhaps also the Serie A season. Once that is out of the way, he will start working on the project for Milan along with CEO Ivan Gazidis.

In June and July, there will be direct contact between the parties to settle the contractual differences and start planning for the future.

The demands of Rangnick are clear: he wants a young and competitive Milan along with a managerial/technical staff that can facilitate his football philosophy.
