Mediaset: Real Madrid, PSG ready to bid for €50m Milan star – replacement identified

Real Madrid have a concrete interest in signing Gianluigi Donnarumma this summer, a report claims, forcing Milan to seek out his replacement.

According to what SportMediaset are reporting (via MilanNews), Los Blancos are disappointed by the performance of Thibaut Courtois and his deputy Alphonse Areola, who arrived on loan from PSG and has collected only a handful of appearances.

Florentino Perez is therefore ready to launch a serious assault for Donnarumma, especially if Zidane – a great admirer of the 21-year-old – will remain at the helm of Real.

Milan will be forced to sell this summer if a renewal appears unlikely, but due to the fact that his contract will expire in June 2021, his valuation cannot exceed €50million.

A new attempt by PSG is expected in the summer, with Leonardo trying to offer Areola once again plus about €20million, even if the Frenchman earns too much salary wise.

In fact, in case of departure of the No.99 the Rossoneri think of Juan Musso of Udinese. In any case Donnarumma wants to understand if the Rangnick project can be a winner. His future is not only linked to an economic issue, but also to the club’s and personal ambition.
