Juventus are struggling to reach a deal over Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and AC Milan are still in the race to sign him, a report claims.
Today’s edition of Il Messaggero (via PianetaMilan) talks about the future of Milinkovic-Savic who could choose to leave Lazio after the best part of a decade there in search of a new adventure, potentially still in Italy.
The Serbian international is one of Juventus’ primary objectives in view of the summer, but there is currently a gap between the offer from the Bianconeri – which stands at around €30m – and the €40m asking price that Lazio have set.
Another important bit of news is that Milan have put the 28-year-old on their list of midfield targets too, given that the department is one that needs a lot of work.
Milinkovic-Savic has played 44 games across all competitions so far this season, racking up 9 goals and 8 assists, with 15 of those goal contributions coming in the league.
