I live in Nervi with my wife and my two sons Emanuele and Miguel who are at the football school.”

  1. I’ve only respect for the guy, a player who never had professional training when he was a kid and got to where he is mostly through hard work.

A great example for anyone that aspires to play professionally. If I was in management, I’d offer him a role after he retires, even as a youth coach…

  2. Love this dude! The story, the work ethic, consumate professional. Nothing but admiration for him. Glad he’s doing well for himself and his family

  3. A life story they could make a movie about I think. Glad he’s doing well. He made a bigger impact at Milan than I thought was possible.

  4. Messias and Milan fans will always remember that late winner against Athletico. It’s perhaps even sweeter having seen Inter not be able to leave the same stadium with a result this season.
