MN: Messias could join Monza if Milan fail to strike a deal

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan forward Junior Messias could join Monza if the Rossoneri do not agree on a deal with Crotone for a permanent transfer, a report claims.

As has been reported by Milan News today, the Brazilian forward is likely to still be a Milan player next season but he must assess his options if the situation changes.

He has been on loan at Milan from Crotone who recently got promoted to Serie C after a very poor season. Milan have a right to make the deal permanent but they want to do it at a lower price than had previously been suggested.

If they fail to come to an agreement with the Calabrian club, Messias will be looking for a new club in Serie A as he is clearly good enough to stay at the top level.

He could head to newly-promoted Monza who are linked with many Serie A players.
