It is an incredibly busy time with regards to AC Milan’s transfer business, and Mike Maignan could be heading out of the exit door.
The big news on Wednesday morning is that Manchester City have agreed a €70m deal to sign Tijjani Reijnders from Milan. However, it is highly likely that he will not be the only ‘big name’ to leave before 2025-26.

Rumours erupted on Tuesday stating that Maignan is in the sights of Premier League clubs, above all Chelsea, amid the career crossroads that has arrived given he has just one year left on his deal.
Maignan out, Milinkovic-Savic in?
During the live broadcast on the YouTube channel ‘Fabrizio Romano in Italiano’ (via MilanNews), Matteo Moretto and Romano shared the latest on Chelsea ‘s strong interest in the Frenchman.
Romano began by saying: “Chelsea are preparing an offer for Maignan, we’ll see in the next few days. Chelsea haven’t closed the door on the goalkeeper. Maresca wants him and can take advantage of the contractual situation, given that his contract expires in 2026.”

Moretto then added that Milan, having understood the situation, have started to sound out a few goalkeepers. One of the names, but certainly not the only one, is that of Vanja Milinkovic-Savic of Torino, who has a release clause of €20m.
Speaking on Sky last night (via MilanNews), Gianluca Di Marzio added: “It’s true, Chelsea have thought about Maignan. Milan’s first response was: ‘We want 30 million euros’.
“Let’s remember that Maignan’s contract expires in a year and has not been renewed, we’ll see if Chelsea will push themselves to reach this figure requested by Milan.”

Before they were going for free but now they’re cashing in on them let wait and see what happens to our dear clubs future
In that case, why not swap for Đorđe Petrović from Chelsea who’s had a great season in Strasbourg?
which is a good option for us.
Milan having a yard sale this summer. While signing retired players like Modric. I wonder if they will sign CR7 now. This club has become a laughing stock. How embarrassing. Smh
Painful thing is all there could have been avoided. But the management just felt too smart and now we have to get rid of world class players on a cheap clearout.
What a shame.
No, it’s bcs of our lazy stupid players like Theo that we didn’t do better. Also Leao a bit. So I’m glad if we at least cash in on them. vanja MS is crazy goalkeeper. I wouldn’t mind him.

👍👍👍
Modric is exactly the player they’ve been missing since they let Krunic go.
They need a midfielder who can control the pace of the game. Modric will bring this.
Hypocritically in an amateurish way. But expected no less from the RottenTurd clowns.
We’re ending up beneath Torino next season
Savic will be a good replacement, he has the physical attributes, he is very good with his legs, he can distribute, has amazing reflexes, he commands his area, and above all he has the personality, character and experience ….
I think it’s important that Maignan stays. He is the only leader from the big stars. Leao and Pulisic are not.
Milan must pay to keep their best players instead of selling them. Otherwise, we should call Milan for who they are, a team that buys young players in the hope they’ll have a couple of good seasons then sell them. Winning left with Maldini.
What???so maignan who is number 1 gk of france NT will be sold for 30 mil only, and we will go for fake milinkovic-savic for only 10 mil cheaper????
Vania is garbage, I’d rather have the youngsters in goal than him.
