AC Milan have spent a long time considering a move for Dusan Vlahovic, and it seems they could be on the verge of signing the next in line.
In the past few days, reports have suggested that Milan will make a move for Andrej Kostic, who is believed to be the ‘next Vlahovic’. However, he will not be signing for the senior team; instead, he will first join the Futuro project.

At 18-years-old, he is still developing, and throwing him into the deep end too soon would not benefit anyone. With a €5 million fee discussed, the risk is not massive, but the Rossoneri will have big hopes for him.

This afternoon, the next step towards the youngster has been made, with personal terms reportedly agreed. Fabrizio Romano stated the following on his X account.
“AC Milan have agreed personal terms with talented striker Andrej Kostic from Partizan Belgrade. Club-to-club talks well underway to get the deal done under a €5 m package, add-ons included.”
Now, only the fee must be agreed upon between the clubs, and there is certainly a lot of time to do so.
Modric is a project. Allegri needs more certainties not named Fullkrug. But I hope Kostic pans out.

I’m actually quite intrigued by this move but I agree he is more of a project than one that can currently offer us guarantees. Personally I would loan him out to a mid to bottom Serie A team or a team in the better end of Serie B and then bring him back to Milan next year. That or leave him with Partizan for the remainder of the season. Imagine if he comes good and then in the next few years we could potentially have a very young attacking consisting of Kostic and Camarda, doesn’t sound half bad to me.

I actually think he still is but considering he will only turn 18 in march I assume he will be loaned out next year as well.
