Rumours emerged yesterday suggesting that Noussair Mazraoui is a concrete target for AC Milan, but it seems that it depends on another situation.
It was Fabrizio Romano of Sky Italia who reported that Milan are in the race together with Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona to sign Noussair Mazraoui as a free agent. Nothing has been agreed between the player and any club with the race ‘still open’ and Mazraoui will take his time to decide what is best for his future.
According to the latest from Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Mazraoui is an option that the club are evaluating but at the moment there have been no concrete steps with his agent Mino Raiola.
Much will also depend on the future of Alessandro Florenzi, who joined Milan on a one-year loan with option to buy deal from Roma, so before the start of the new season the club must decide whether or not to purchase him outright.
