Kerim Alajbegovic wants to move to Serie A next, with AC Milan among the clubs linked with signing the winger.
Alajbegovic will be playing in the next World Cup this summer in Canada, the United States and Mexico, and he is someone that Italians know well after the play-off defeat to Bosnia on penalties at the beginning of the month.

Now, the teenager has chosen Italy as the ‘next stop’ in his professional career, according to Sky (via Calciomercato.com). It is a decision that came in recent weeks, following Bayer Leverkusen’s decision to activate their buy-back clause, to bring him back from RB Salzburg.
The source claims that the winger considers Serie A and Italian football to be the ideal opportunity to grow, mature and emerge in international football. In this sense, three clubs have already made efforts to acquire him this summer.
Milan at the window
Sky add that Inter, Napoli and Roma are the Italian teams that are interested in Alajbegovic and have begun contacts with his entourage, his father and Miralem Pjanic, who is acting as an intermediary in the various negotiations that may arise in the coming weeks.
Milan have scouted him and made preliminary inquiries about the potential costs of the deal, trying to understand the future salary, commissions and other terms. These initial contacts were held to test the waters for the future, attempting to outperform the competition.
In addition to Milan, Juventus have also been closely monitoring the 2007-born player, considering him a potential future addition. Leverkusen paid €8m to bring him back from Austria, and now the Germans are rubbing their hands.
Why? They retain control of a little gem who will have the World Cup as a showcase at his disposal to further increase his value, which the Bundesliga side currently consider to be no less than € 25m. So, a significant investment will be needed to bring him to Italy.
