Of course, it would depend on potential outgoings, with Youssouf Fofana and Samuele Ricci’s future being considered. Yet, it is certainly possible that either or both depart with better alternatives available.
A mercato opportunity
As Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri could become aware to an opportunity from Germany, with Max Eberl stating that Palhinha is free to leave the club this summer, albeit in harsher words as Calciomercato.com relays.
“We have three players [including Palhinha] that we’re ready to let go of. They have no future at Bayern. If they decided to stay, it would be difficult because they’re not part of our plans and won’t have any role.”
Considering the midfielder – who has worked with Amorim before – is available for between €15-20 million, it could be a deal worth looking at, especially with a loan-to-buy situation possible. It is certainly an attractive opportunity.
