CM: ‘Milan and nothing else’ – Leao sends message as renewal reports emerge

Rafael Leao is looking like a man reborn under Massimiliano Allegri, with his output for AC Milan surging in recent games.

Allegri and Leao had to work for Milan. Paulo Fonseca and Sergio Conceicao had failed at the opportunity to make it work, and then, after so many suggestions about Allegri’s view of the Portuguese, it happened.

Over the summer, it was stated that the star would be central, both in the squad and on the pitch. A starring role that Leao could grow into and with, and so far, he has.

Leao’s message

Last weekend was the latest example of this, with the attacker getting an assist, taking his tally to four contributions for the season. What also must be noted was a performance promise to the club, before the game, as Igli Tare relayed.

It is another big game from Leao, who is continuing to shine under Allegri. So the recent suggestions about a new contract are not difficult to believe. In fact, they are probable, with the club wanting to avoid a similar situation with another star.

After the game, he took to Instagram to give a brief, but clear message, as Calciomercato.com relays. “❤️🖤 and nothing more,” Milan and nothing more.

  1. Locking him and Pulisic up with new extensions would be fabulous news. The only challenge is how to put them both up top / attacking if Milan plays a 3-5-2. Worst case, Pulisic is an advanced wingback opposite Salamaekers. They are really one good striker away from having a great attacking 4-some.

  2. Hope nobody or journalists will report garbage against him when he didn’t score because everyone is PERFECT except LEAO?
    Forza my Boy Leao
