Whilst the first team will be the focus for many AC Milan fans, the club are not allowing themselves to forget the youth team.
It has been a pretty mixed summer so far. In terms of costs, the senior team’s moves massively outweigh those of the Futuro, as you’d hope. However, both have been fairly active all things considered.

Aurelien Guernier, Max Anastasio and Edoardo Zanaga have already joined Sergio Navarro’s squad and it seems there will be more to come over the summer. Indeed, the recruitment so far has been strong and it’s highlighted by what Navarro’s aims for the project are.
Another pick up for the future?
As Santi Aouna – an expert in European transfers and Footmercato journalist – reports on X, the Rossoneri are now competing to bring a potential young star to the club, who would join the Futuro programme.
“AC Milan is attempting to hijack the transfer of Sankhoun Diawara, who is on the verge of joining Glasgow Rangers. The Rossoneri aim to recruit the French defender for their U23 team, while Rangers are offering him a direct spot in the first team.”
Considering Sankhoun Diawara played 14 games in Ligue 2 last season, he already has a bit of experience in senior football, which is always a bonus.

Don’t think he would want to go to the U23 team. He would want first team football.
He will go to rangers as he wants first team football + UCL. If you go to milan, you only play in seri D.
Yep. The ‘pathway’ is a joke.
Seems he value Milan Futuro over Rangerst 1st team because hes a done deal to Milan.
