GdS: Milan could let Ballo-Toure and Adli leave in January – the situation

AC Milan could part with two players in the January window to create space for a new signing, according to a report.

La Gazzetta dello Sport write that Hakim Ziyech’s name has never disappeared from Milan’s wish list after they have been linked over the last few transfer windows, and another solution could arrive to give Stefano Pioli more options for the attack.

In terms of costs, the value of Ziyech has dropped below €20m which is affordable for Milan, but his salary is €6m net per season and that is right at the limit of what Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara would feel comfortable paying.

Some exits would increase the operating room, with Fode Ballo-Tourè – among the seven Rossoneri players called up for the World Cup – could be sold and a return to France could well be on the cards.

Meanwhile, Yacine Adli could leave on loan to another Serie A club in order to get him more playing time with which he can get used to the rhythms of Italian football.
