AC Milan were one of the teams that had a scout present to watch Rocco Vata’s debut for Celtic yesterday, according to a report.
Vata was born in Glasgow and emulated his father Rudi Vata who also played for Celtic. He joined the Scottish champions at the age of seven and signed his first professional contract with the club in July 2021, and he is turning heads with his impressive performances at such a young age.
As TMW report, yesterday marked a Scottish Premier League debut for Rocco Vata, who was born in 2005. He came off the bench with six minutes to go of their match against Hibernian (which ended 4-0 in their favour).
After his excellent performances in the Youth League, many scouts were present to watch him. Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid all had delegates there, plus Roma, Juventus and Milan who are also interested in signing the teenager.
