Recently, AC Milan have been considering a renewal for Rafael Leao, and discussions have reportedly begun.

The idea of centrality has been reinforced by these performances, especially with Massimiliano Allegri shaping his team around the Portuguese star. Now, it seems that the Rossoneri want to reinforce that position.
New deal for Leao?
According to Matteo Moretto, the club have been thinking about a renewal for the star in recent months, and discussions have begun, as Calciomercato.com relay.
“The club initiated initial discussions with the player’s entourage to negotiate a contract renewal. The current deal expires in June 2028, and there’s no rush to sign an extension.
“However, after initial preliminary discussions in the summer, the management has reopened the discussion in recent weeks, considering offering Leao a new contract.
“This is yet another sign that Rafa is central to AC Milan’s project, both now and in the coming years. Allegri’s vision for football isn’t far removed from the club’s: for the Rossoneri coach, the ideal attack is Leao and Pulisic.”
Of course, there is still a long time before the Diavolo have to worry about his deal. However, we have seen in Mike Maignan’s case, it is better to prioritise safety.

Great that were trying to renew with becouse we all know on his day best player in serie a and taht happened with Pulisic renewal I would rather have his signature then Rafas but he will probably also renew. But hope you find some consisensy rafa
When is that day. Those days seem to be rather sporatic. That said, I’m not sure why people think Pulisic will re-sign and not try to leave after the WC. He is not willing to be a sub behing Leao when ACM get a true #9.

Take your meds. So, you really think Pulisic will want to be a sub at this point in his career? LOL. Allegri ball only has two attackers, one will always be Leão and the other will be a true 9. Tell me, where does that leave Pulisic? On the bench.
