The agent of Sassuolo star Jeremie Boga has far from shut the door regarding the idea of a move to AC Milan for his client.
The Rossoneri have been linked with a move for Boga multiple times in the last few days, and SportMediaset revealed earlier on Thursday that Sassuolo are willing to sell to the highest bidder.
They confirmed the interest of Milan and added that Napoli may have dropped out of the race now they seem to have tied goalscorer Dries Mertens down to a new contract.
The intention of the Milan management is to give Ralf Rangnick a fast and tricky left winger who is also a goal threat, and a player like Boga perfectly marries the type of player Elliott Management wish to bet on for the future.
Now Daniel Boga – the brother and agent of the Ivorian winger – spoke to the microphones of Calciomercato.com about the future of the former Chelsea starlet.
I had no contact with Milan, I don’t know if they are really interested. Milan are a great club, it could be an interesting solution,” he said.
Daniel instead admitted to having had contacts with other Italian clubs: “[We have had contacts with] Napoli, Atalanta and other clubs in Europe.”
