Sky: Milan working on deals for both Chelsea forward and De Ketelaere

AC Milan are exploring the possibility of signing more than one quality forward to inject new life into the attacking department, it is claimed.

Speaking to Sky (via MilanNews), journalist Gianluca Di Marzio explained that at the moment Milan’s mercato is on pause waiting for the renewals of the directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara to be formalised, which shouldn’t be a problem.

He also ‘reconfirmed’ that Milan consider Hakim Ziyech to be an ‘intriguing idea’ and that there have been contacts made with the player over a potential switch to the Rossoneri. Chelsea are satisfying the players who want to leave and it could be the same for the winger.

Di Marzio goes on to add that Milan are also still in for Charles De Ketelaere of Club Brugge, implying that sealing some kind of loan formula for Ziyech would mean an investment could still be made on the Belgian.
