This summer, AC Milan could look to replace Pervis Estupinan with Raphael Guerreiro, who is available as a free agent.
For months now, Estupinan’s fate has been sealed and the Ecuadorian is now on the verge of a move to Aston Villa, it seems. He has agreed terms with the Midlands outfit, but the fee just needs to be finalised between the clubs.

However, that seems like it should be a smooth process that could be wrapped up in the near future. So, a replacement would need to be found.
Estupinan replacement idea
According to Tuttosport, via MilanNews, the idea of Guerreiro could appeal to the Rossoneri as a free agent. Having spent the last nine years in Germany, he could look for a new challenge after his deal with Bayern Munich was not renewed.
However, there would be worries about his situation. Indeed, reports have suggested that he could consider retirement after a series of injuries over the past few seasons. Across the past three years, he has missed 32 games and the suggestion was that he was considering hanging up his boots due to his struggles with injury and fitness.
On a free transfer, though, surely it would be worth considering. Especially when looking at how versatile he is…
