GdS: No doubts regarding future of Man Utd defender – he will join Milan this summer

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan will secure the return of Diogo Dalot from Manchester United before the window shuts, according to one newspaper.

Milan still have some positions to fill before the transfer window closes and one of them is right-back, as Stefano Pioli wants an alternative to Davide Calabria. A number of sources have reported that Milan want Dalot back after his loan spell at the club last season, during which he proved to be a versatile option.

According to this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), the Rossoneri are going back and forth with Manchester United in negotiations over the return of the 22-year-old and have not yet found a full agreement, but Dalot has always been the first choice for the Rossoneri.

The paper claim that there is no doubt that eventually Dalot will return to Milan in the end despite the fact it seems the Premier League side have not yet opened to Milan’s terms.
