However, it also brings a massive bill every time you make a mistake in the managerial market. Not only in terms of the competition money, but also in terms of the amount you have to pay to sack them and hire someone else.
Milan go silent on Pochettino
Today, Matteo Moretto described the situation as surreal and he was asked by an X user about the manager situation and where Milan are in terms of hiring a new one, to which he replied with his X account.
“They’re doing half of the interviews remotely and evaluating the profile internally. With Pochettino, they’ve spoken more than once in these past few weeks, but then they disappeared. Same with Planes.
“Same with Glasner – he did one and is waiting… and anyway, right now he’s in pole position. We need to contextualise and understand the club’s modus operandi.”
It is interesting that Pochettino has been left alone, perhaps due to the World Cup. However, it could also suggest that Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s power has already been stripped. Who knows…

Dont know what were waiting for. Unless your trying to get guardiola or klopp, theres not much better than glasner out there. I actually think there could be hope if ragnick and glasner come in if hes given time. Glasner has won and fa cup, and a community shield against city and Liverpool which is just as impressive as Leicester winning the prem. Plus winning the conference cup as well so at least hes someone who’s won in the premier league with a midtable team and won in europe as well.

I don’t think it’s Milan who is waiting… Any sensible person wanting to join the club would want solid guarantees about their powers and decision-making. No one wants to be Zlatan’s or Gerry’s lapdog.
Only possible reason were waiting here is because the clown gerry is trying to think of a way to hire someone less expensive than Glasner. Because youre not getting any better right now, that’s the highest caliber whos gonna say yes to this circus. He’s definitely trying to see if he can somehow spin a narrative where poch or another low tier coach like him would be the “better overall fit for the job”.
