Tuttosport: Milan identify €15m-rated domestic target as fix for left-back issue

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are on the lookout for a new deputy to Theo Hernandez in view of the summer transfer window and they are targeting an option from Serie A.

According to this morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via SempreMilan.it) work is also needed on the defensive department as well as the attack in view of the 2023-24 campaign, with Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara already at work looking at targets.

Given that Fode Ballo-Toure has failed to impress since his arrival from AS Monaco, the two directors are searching for an alternative to Theo Hernandez for next season and the favourite name is Fabiano Parisi.

The 22-year-old has been one of the stand-out performers of the season so with Empoli, amassing one goal and two assists in the league. He is valued at €15m by the Tuscan club, with which Milan have an excellent relationship as seen by the Ismael Bennacer and Rade Krunic deals.
