The Rossoneri have fallen victim to losing key players on free transfers but they might be able to turn the tables and pick one up for nothing as Bernardeschi is one of the players whose contract ends on June 30 with no signs that a renewal is close at the moment, according to Fichajes.
The Italy international has 170 games with Juventus since joining for €40m from Fiorentina, having scored 11 goals and distributed 24 assists, with many of his appearances coming off the bench. The report adds that Milan are the team that are in the best position at the moment to obtain his signing.
Samu Castillejo could leave San Siro at the end of the season and that would create a spot in the squad for a new winger, and Bernardeschi might be deemed the right profile given his experience and versatility.
