Domenico Berardi has often been linked with moves away from Sassuolo and AC Milan have regularly been an interested party, so January’s interest is no shock.
This has been a weird season by all accounts at Milan and it seems things could get slightly weirder in the January mercato, which is the last thing that anyone needs at present.
There have been ongoing suggestions that the Rossoneri will look to improve their depth in mid-season and this mainly involves the search for another midfielder and perhaps some defensive reinforcements. It has rarely, however, been suggested that another attacker will be looked at, until now.
As Calciomercato.com reports, the Diavolo are supposedly considering a move for Berardi – who has a contract until 2027 – but at a significantly lower price than what has previously been considered acceptable by the Neroverdi.
In fact, the side hope to sell him by the summer, so a loan with an option to buy could be possible in the upcoming mercato. However, there is still a dream of receiving €20 million for the winger who has been deemed the ‘king of the market’.
Fiorentina are ‘seriously considering’ a move, as are Roma and both will look to contest any move from the Rossoneri. Despite not being in the picture currently, Juventus are also a party of interest.

Get him immediately, I talk about him last two months , yes he is now 31 years old but has numbers every season and now he is in Seria B , price is less then 10m and definitely he is upgrade tu Chuk who is lost in Italy… sell chuk to premier league and buy Berardi
Berardi isn’t 31 years old as he turned 30 in August but yeah I would bring him in as well.
Milan left behind always rush for outdated players, and you as fan encouraging them instead of shows your anger for deceiving you for atleast 18 years back.

Is it too soon to call Chukwueze a bust? What about Okafor?
I think both can be decent backups but they cant lead the team. I think Chukwueze is the biggest bust considering his salary of 5.1 mil gross pr. year but I think selling both wouldn’t be a great loss to the club.
Decent but expensive backups. We could have Berardi for the same price and get one of the best RWs in the league. Although I’d prefer Pulisic there but imagine what the quartet Leao-Puli-Berardi + Camarda could do next year. 🙂
No question there and I also wants us to get Berardi as he offers a hell of a lot more guarantees than Chukwueze ever will be able to do. Not only that but he also offers experience and leadership which is very much needed in this shambolic state of the club.

the other RW/ eksRW they track back if they lose the ball to help RB/ cancel the counter attack but chuk didn’t/ failed to do that,
he’s burden of any RB, esp when royal there we’ve double liability, it’s like u going to fight w/out right hand & right foot
chuk does more damage than actual good yes he has slightly improved this season but still a liability
