Milan Futuro Torres defeat

Milan Futuro 1-5 Torres: Rossoneri routed in dreadful home display

The first home game of 2025 for Milan Futuro was nothing short of a disaster as they were hammered at home by Torres at the Stadio Felice Chinetti in Solbiate Arno.

The Futuro came into the match after a 0-0 draw against Carpi, which came after three consecutive defeats against Vis Pesaro (2-1), Caldiero Terme in the Coppa Italia (0-2) and Virtus Entella (1-2).

The Rossoneri found themselves three goals down inside 14 minutes after a horrific start. The first goal came in the seventh minute when Fischnaller beat Nava after being put through on goal, behind Milan’s high line.

Less than 60 seconds later it was 2-0, with Varela immediately doubling the lead for the away team after cutting past Bozzolan and firing in from a central area. Brentan scored the third not long after, firing in his own rebound after a lob over Nava hit the post and fell back to him.

Mastinu made it 4-0 before the break, and Hodzic’s entrance onto the field as a substitute best represented the confusion among the ranks. He surrendered the ball in the build-up phase, resulting in an easy finish.

There was time for a very late consolation by the new signing Magrassi. Max Ibrahimovic – making his debut for the Futuro – linked well with Fall and sent the ball in the area where an acrobatic finish was applied.

The goals weren’t finished there as Torres completed the job with a goal in added time. Liviero broke down the left and crossed for Casini, who only had to tap it into the net to make it 5-1 before the referee finally put an end to the misery.

The standings see Daniele Bonera’s team still in 18th place with 17 points, seven points behind Pontedera in fifteenth place who have already played their match. They played a team in good form, but it is clear how far off the pace this squad is.

Stop calling for the coach to be fired just because you didn’t like Bonera as a player.
Milan basically plays their Primavera players, who are not that good to begin with, vs grown men. What did you expect, for them to win the league?

    1. And now maybe let’s see what Abate is doing or what happened to Juve Next Gen after the real youth sector coach Massimo Brambilla took over them?

Bonera is just like Brocchi. Former player without much charisma or leadership skills turned into overrated coach of a team that needs it the most.

      1. Milan Futuro 17 points, Juventus Next Gen 22 points.
Abate got grown men playing for him on his team. Look at the age of the Milan Futuro players.
Who has ever rated Bonera or Brochi as coaches for them to be considered overrated ?
This is Bonera first job as a coach.

  2. How is this idiot bonera keep getting chance after chance after chance?!
He got it when he was a player now again as a coach?!
Who in their right mind let him be a coach in the first place?!
