AC Milan are looking at options to strengthen in the wing-back position ahead of next season, and Brooke Norton-Cuffy is on their list.
According to what is being reported by Milanisti Channel – which is part of the La Gazzetta dello Sport network – Milan are thinking about the summer window already. Talks will continue as usual as the final part of the season approaches and the need to plan for next season.
Beyond the rumours and all the potential names that will be floated between now and the end of August, one thing is certain: to do well in the Champions League (presuming they qualify) and remain in the top four next season, Milan will need two key players ready for every position.
Norton-Cuffy on the radar
There is a lot of talk about reinforcing the spine of the team with a new centre-back, central midfielder and centre-forward. However, there is also the possibility that the flanks could be solidified with a new wing-back signing.
The name of Brooke Norton-Cuffy – a defender for Genoa and the England U21 national team – remains on the list after previous links. A number of different clubs are interested in signing him ahead of 2026-27, and the Rossoneri are among them.
The relationship between Milan and Genoa is a well-established and positive one, as seen by operations such as the signing of Koni De Winter and the departure of Lorenzo Colombo.

Norton Cuffy or Palestra (my fav) in and Saelemaekers the headless chicken out.
Does Norton-Cuffy provide more offense than Saelemakers? Since the answer is no, there is no point to this transfer.
Quite like Norton Cuffy but hope they’re planning him to play full back, not wing back
Athekame kind of grew on me, I’d like to see him get more chance.
Okay, so what’s the plan for Athekame?
Sell for profit? Isn’t that the plan for 90% of the players in our squad?
