Di Marzio: Young Milan goalkeeper set for medical ahead of loan move to Klose’s team

By Euan Burns -

Young AC Milan goalkeeper Andreas Jungdal is set to undergo medical examinations ahead of a loan move to Austrian side SC Rheindorf Altach, a report claims.

As has been reported by Gianluca Di Marzio (via Milan News), the young goalkeeper is going to move away on loan for the next six months.

Altach have got a right to buy the Danish player at the end of the deal should they want to, but the Rossoneri also have a buy-back clause. That is so that they can re-sign the player should he improve dramatically whilst with Altach.

He will be coached by former Lazio and Germany striker Miroslav Klose who enjoyed some successful years in Serie A.

The medical tests are taking place on Monday and the deal is expected to be announced soon after.

Milan have plenty of goalkeepers following the arrival of Devis Vasquez and they feel Jungdal will develop better away from the Primavera squad.
