TMW: Leao not on the market for Milan as sale of winger is close to completion

By Oliver Fisher -

As we enter the second month of the summer transfer market but also the final month, AC Milan have reportedly made a decision on the left wing spot.

According to TMW, the Rossoneri management have been reflecting on the future of both Rafael Leao and Jens Petter Hauge amid interest in the young duo from abroad. The Portuguese forward has not managed to hit his stride consistently leading to speculation that he could be sold to Wolves, but the market rumours might as well stop now.

That is because the 22-year-old will not leave Milan this summer, and will be one of the attacking options at Pioli’s disposal for the long season that is about to begin.

On the other hand, the player who will most likely leave Milan is Hauge. The winger – who arrived last September from Bodo/Glimt – was not called up for last night’s match against Nice and is one step away from goodbye.

The Norway international is in fact very close to Eintracht Frankfurt, who have been following him for some time, and now it seems his time at Milan will end after less than a year.

  1. And from the draw game against nice its a good option to keep leao and sell hauge because leao is useless and pioli want to make him attacking options to make him more useless, bravo… What a good decision, very good keep it that way
