Manchester United are open to letting Rasmus Hojlund leave, but AC Milan are not the only team in the running.
It is well known that Milan are in the market for a new centre-forward to alternative/compete with Santiago Gimenez, and in recent days Hojlund’s name has been linked with increasing intensity, despite question marks over whether he wants to move.

Hojlund to Milan: The latest
According to The Athletic, Milan are indeed keen on signing the Dane and Manchester United are ‘willing to sanction a loan exit’. They would rather sell him in a permanent deal for £30m – which is around €34.6m – but are open to a loan agreement.
The loan deal ‘can include an option or obligation’ to sign Hojlund at the end of the season. However, the would prefer full coverage of Hojlund’s wages (around £110,000-per-week, or €5m net per year) as well as ‘a multi-million pound loan fee’.

The hope for the Red Devils is then that Hojlund ‘rediscovers some of his best form while away from the club and restores some of his value’. A return to Serie A, in this sense, could well be a positive switch for him.
In their deal sheet update, The Athletic do mention that clubs such as Milan, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig and Newcastle United ‘are taking a look at Hojlund’, who at present insists he wants to stay and fight for his place.

I dont think he is good attacker. Im not sure he will score more goals here. Hojlund is just story from agents. Scores 10 goals at Atalanta and 5 at Manchester can do every player.
I hope we not take him at all, even at loan.
As Billy Costacurta said, Hojlund is not the striker Milan need.
If the ManU guys say ManU is a Michelin-restaurant and Milan McDonald’s, then what are those other clubs? 1-star kebab-kiosks?
Gimenez is a much better goalscorer.
Milan should go for Mateta
Meteta does not want to leave. So no to Meteta. I think you either have to break the bank on someone which Milan cannot do or go for some unknown. My money is that Milan will get someone on loan and make sure the characteristics fit what Allegri wants. So I doubt a permanent deal on any player this season. My hope is Milan saves the money and goes with Zapata.
Hojlund is not the best striker but he still has room to grow. Any way from his point of view i think he is making a huge mistake by wanting to stay in United. He wont get any playing time there cause there are 3 strikers who are in front of him and United already decided they don’t want him. He will literally destroy his career. Milan with Alegri counter attacking football is actually a quite good place for him personally, plus in a League which he already knows. Dortmund plays something similar and might be good for him too. Staying in United is the worst option for him.
Very bad decision if he stay at MU . Coach there will play sesko – zirkzee . Begging him to join wont good for ACM , time to look another striker
If they asked him twice and he said know it should be over. Apart from the top world class players Milan shouldn’t have to talk players into coming. Not interested or is your 2nd, 3rd option and you aren’t Haaland or Salah level? Goodbye.
