Sunday night’s game against Lecce gave AC Milan a chance to watch a transfer target first hand: centre-back Tiago Gabriel.
Corriere della Sera (via Radio Rossonera) have confirmed that the Milan directors are keen on Tiago Gabriel, who they could see up close in last night’s 1-0 win. Moreover, the central defender had a very diligent performance, which has earned him plenty of praise.

They go on to state that an asking price of around €20m has been set for the Portuguese. However, it is unlikely that the 21-year-old Portuguese will arrive in the winter window, because Lecce have found themselves in a relegation battle.
The player is highly regarded by his coach, Eusebio Di Francesco, who commented on his match at San Siro as follows: “Tiago played a truly excellent match for me. They did a great job of courageous linework, keeping the team high up whenever possible.”
The Portuguese giant, standing 1.96m tall, seems to have impressed scouts at Milan. The defender has established himself as a starter this season, starting 95% of Serie A matches and playing 96% of the total minutes.
A goal on matchday four against Cagliari was probably the best moment in an excellent season so far, and it is possible that there will be strong competition to contend with.

Just sign comuzzo in case he’s outta reach.
Nothing special on comuzo
TREBA DOBIT OTKAZ U TOJ AGENCIJI GDJE RADI !!!!!
Yes Yes Yes. At all costs
He played well but was also very fallible in important moments last night. Idk 20m feels like a lot for him, I still prefer Coppola if Milan want another young Italian
I think its about quality not the age nor nationality
I saw Gabriel make three pretty bad mistakes yesterday. He had an up and down game but Kialonda looked a better player than him to me. Obviously I’ve only seen Gabriel once and I’m inferring my opinion from that game yesterday and fbref but idk 20M is a lot and we keep seeing young serie a defenders going for way over value so far this has the makings of the same trend
Follow him until summer, sign coppola on loan, do not renew tomori
You know mentioning his nationality every sentence isnt required. Can describe him as something other than “the Portuguese”
This seems like a summer signing , Allegri requested experience for the Jan window
