AC Milan will resume their Serie A season on Monday night when they host Bologna and will hope to keep building on what was a strong March.

Then, there is the age of this squad. Among the leaders of the ‘top five’ leagues in Europe – which is Italy Germany, Spain, England and Spain – Milan are the team with the lowest average age at 26.4 years. Bayern Munich are at 27.4, Manchester City 27.6, PSG 28.4 and Real Madrid 28.5.
