CM: Milan competing with Inter for three targets including striker, midfielder and defender

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are competing with their city rivals Inter not only on the field to try and win the title but also off the pitch, with both clubs wanting three of the same targets.

According to Calciomercato.com, there is somewhat of an overlap appearing in terms of the positions that the Rossoneri and Nerazzurri need to strengthen in but also in the players that they have circled on their list to try and fill those needs.

The two clubs are battling first of all for centre-back Bremer of Torino, a 24-year-old Brazilian who has a contract which expires in 2023. They also both want midfielder Davide Frattesi of Sassuolo who is 22 years of age and has played for Italy’s U21 side.

Milan and Inter both want a striker too, with Maldini and Marotta set to battle for Darwin Nunez of Benfica, a 22-year-old Uruguay international.
