AC Milan are one of multiple teams interested in signing Sassuolo attacking midfielder Filip Djuricic, according to a report.
Djuricic has two goals and one assist in eight league matches so far this season for Sassuolo, numbers that are certainly not enough to blow people away but at the same time he plays an important role in Alessio Dionisi‘s system as a transition between midfield and attack, just as he did with former manager Roberto De Zerbi.
According to Calciomercato.com, Sassuolo are seriously in danger of losing the Serbian playmaker given that his contract with Neroverdi expires on 30 June 2022. To date there is no agreement to renew and extend.
The list of interested clubs is growing as several Premier League clubs have been following his performances; Southampton and West Ham above all. Then there is Shakhtar Donetsk who are now coached by De Zerbi, plus Inter, Milan and Napoli.
