AC Milan have some big decisions to make ahead of the summer and one of them concerns the new head coach.
Sergio Conceicao’s future has been a hot topic in the media recently, with many sources speaking of a fate that is sealed regardless of if the Coppa Italia becomes his second trophy. As we recently reported, the Portuguese is likely to resign even if the club decide they want to keep him.
Despite a clause to renew his contract for one more season, which Milan can decide to trigger, the former Porto man already has a pretty clear idea: he wants to move on. As things stand, he has no intention of remaining as the Rossoneri’s head coach.
Thus, it is expected that Milan will have to find the right replacement. According to SportMediaset (seen below), the current management have already made one important decision: the next manager will be an Italian one.
The broadcaster have outlined six possibilities. Two of them are out of work in Massimiliano Allegri and Maurizio Sarri having most recently worked at Juventus and Lazio respectively. Then, Gian Piero Gasperini (Atalanta) and Vincenzo Italiana (Bologna) already have jobs within Serie A.
The final two names are Carlo Ancelotti and Roberto De Zerbi, who continue to be tipped to leave Real Madrid and Marseille respectively at the end of the campaign.
Why are they considering De Zerbi? My understanding is he lost his team at Marseille. With some of the prime donne at ACM it sounds like an accident ready to happen.

Atleast they are on the verge of qualifying to CL after season without nothing. He is a hands on manager and dictate which we need, many of our players need guidence and directions, it can backfire but i believe it is also what will unluck the talent we have. Them just going on autopilot allegri style is not the solution

I think the first priority for consideration should be between Gasperini and Ancelloti.
One who can build teams with under looked players , very underrated, and the other is a proven one and has done well with Milan and has love for it

6 candidates ain’t enough. They should add more. Churning out rumors and fake news constantly. Stopped expecting anything exciting from these folks, they are a confused bunch, refusing to accept they botched up this season for everyone.
Please decision maker at Milan consider Gasperini. He proved himself many times. He can build a new team and that’s what we need now.
