AC Milan know that Franck Kessie is likely to leave at the end of the season and they have already lined up a new signing for the midfield, a report claims.
As reported by il Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan are very much preparing for the farewell of the Ivorian and are looking at how to build the midfield of the future. The Rossoneri management look like they are ready to strongly bet on Renato Sanches, who has already made it known that he wants to leave Lille at the end of the season.
According to the Roman newspaper, Milan could seal a deal for the Portuguese international at a figure of around €20m while for his part Renato Sanches would be very open to a move to the Rossoneri, where he would reunite with his friend Mike Maignan.
Renato is 24 years of age so is therefore a year younger than Kessie, while he has 1 goal and 5 assists in 17 league games this season.
