Then, right at the end of the four added minutes, Rafael Leao tucked in a square ball from Christopher Nkunku to make it 2-0 and cap the win.
The victory was another important one for the Rossoneri, who might not be in the title fight any more but remain battling for the top four positions and a return to the Champions League.
