AC Milan have started to show some interest in Monza left wingback Carlos Augusto who has been having an impressive season, a report claims.
As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, the winger has been a constant starter for the Brianzoli in their first season in Serie A which has been largely successful after a tough start in which they looked doomed to relegation.
Augusto was part of the team that won promotion to Serie A and whilst he is a Brazilian, he does hold Italian citizenship too which can help when it comes to registration rules.
There is the potential that Milan have a good working relationship with Monza as they are owned by former AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi and their CEO is Adriano Galliani who was in the same role at Milan.
It is unlikely that Milan are the only teaming showing interest in Carlos Augusto but he is yet another name to be linked with the Rossoneri.
