One of Allegri’s most memorable moments is actually the reason why. As Gazzetta dello Sport recalls, the madness of the 2024 Coppa Italia final saw the Italian sent off after he kicked off on the sidelines, even ripping his tie off.
Because of these actions, the Sport Judge deemed that he would be suspended for two games due to his actions. So he missed his final game with the Bianconeri and will now miss his ‘first game’ for the Diavolo.
Though, he will still be present in the stands. In his place will be his assistant Marco Landucci. No, for the true return, Milan must wait for the return of Serie A action.
It is a more than fair he got that ban as I have rarely seen a coach have such a temper tantrum and it kinda looked like he was about to do a full monty 😀 I understand he was also under great pressure and that the situation at Juventus was far from ideal but I really hope we doesn’t have to experience that at at AC Milan at some point. It was hysterically funny though.
I think it was just the entire situation that led to him blowing a fuse.
