This morning’s edition of the Galician newspaper Atlantico (via KeepUp) writes that Veiga is attracting the interest of Manchester City, Liverpool, Napoli and Milan, who are all closely monitoring him due to his affordable release clause.

The 20-year-old has become a consistent starter under Carlos Carvahal and he has even amassed 9 goals in 26 LaLiga appearances, an impressive haul predominantly from the playmaker role.

He exploits have earned him a call-up to the Spain U21 national team too, and he has a contract with a release clause of €40m which has caught the eye of Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham, Newcastle United, Napoli and Milan.

The paper goes on to add that Celta Vigo know big clubs might come knocking but they will not budge from their asking price, which is the €40m in his deal that the clause stipulates.
